Inter-modal Class A CDL LOCAL Driver
Full-Time ($25.00-$28.00 per hour)

POSITION SUMMARY:

Drivers are responsible for efficient, safe and timely trucking service to RMR customers in the capacity of roll-off container, lugger container, flatbed, van trailer or dump trailers and/or box exchanges and delivering inbound materials to the designated unload area or facility.


REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary.

  • Conduct Pre-trip and post-trip inspection on assigned equipment. Complete Driver Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) and submit daily.
  • Utilize DVIR and face to face interaction with the maintenance and dispatch departments to report needed repairs to equipment before operating the equipment and/or at the end of each use.
  • Operate company equipment in a safe manner and abide by all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Association/Department of Transportation and company requirements.
  • Report all needed container repairs, customer issues and safety concerns to dispatch and/or Driver Manager.
  • Develop and maintain a professional relationship with co-workers and customers in order to ensure customer service requirements are being provided by the driver.
  • Maintain a strong commitment to safety in the operating process.
  • Communicate timely and effectively with dispatchers and Logistics Manager to ensure a high level of service.
  • Maximize your efficiency to fully utilize opportunities to provide maximum revenue and profitability input.
  • Responsible for timely and efficient completion and submission of all company paperwork.
  • Update Dispatch with progress throughout the shift by actualizing the events by company issue phone or face to face interaction.
  • Initiate and maintain customer service specifications.
  • Must be available to work assigned shift on a consistent and ongoing basis.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION:

Required:

  • Colorado Class A Commercial Drivers License.
  • Motor Vehicle Record that meets Company Insurance Requirements.
  • Two years verifiable commercial driving experience
  • Current DOT Physical Card and Log form.

Preferred:

  • High school Diploma or GED.
  • Multi-tasking capability in fast environment.

REPRESENTATIVE MACHINES, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE USED:

  • Straight Rolloff Truck, Straight lugger trucks, Tractor Trucks, Tractor Trailer Units, Tractor Trailer with Roll-Offs or End Dumps.

We are currently looking for a reliable, hardworking General Laborer available to work 5 1/2 days a week Monday-Saturday. This position will require over time during our busy seasons and 45 hours/week during our slow seasons.


REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Clean area
  • Assist in other areas as needed
  • Sort material to appropriate bins
  • Assist customers to unload vehicles
  • Assist in traffic direction in yard

Ability to: lift and carry up to 50 pounds for long periods of time, sit or stand for extended periods of time, climb stairs daily. We are currently looking for a reliable, hardworking Forklift Operator available to work 5 1/2 days a week Monday-Saturday. This position will require over time during our busy seasons and 44 hours/week during our slow seasons.


REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position will be responsible for forklift operations on the dock and in our yard. Operator will be responsible for loading and unloading in-bound and out-bound trucks as well as helping to move material around the yard. Assist in other areas as needed for general labor duties.

Staff Accountant, Full-Time ($24.03-$28.85 DOE)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Reviews all invoices for accuracy and identify discrepancies prior to payment.
  • Process material and expense payments in accurate and timely manner.
  • Prepare daily cash report reflects balances for all company bank accounts.
  • Prepare comparable monthly expense report and analysis for each location.
  • Perform monthly bank accounts and credit card accounts’ reconciliations.
  • Prepare Inter-company account reconciliation.
  • Assist in the processing of monthly and year-end closing.
  • Record and keep track of fixed assets.
  • Preferably, previous work in CPA firm; Support CPA for tax return & other tax issues.
  • Coaching new accounting clerks. Assist other locations and other departments in invoice coding.
  • Update and document accounting procedures.
  • Create and maintain file folders for all Vendors, pack and label prior year Vendor files for storage at year end to make room for current year Vendor files. Provide IRS W-9 forms to all vendors as well as IRS 1099 forms to relative vendors.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor degree in accounting required.
  • At least 2-3 year accounting experience.
  • Be proficient in Quick Books Enterprise & Microsoft Office – specifically Excel.
  • Experienced in Accounts Payable and Receivable.
  • Experience in Bank reconciliation.
  • A team-oriented and proactive work ethic.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment autonomously.
  • The ability to communicate with others effectively, both orally and in writing, in a professional and competent manner.

Non-Ferrous Manager, Full-Time (70K - 90K DOE)

We are currently looking for a reliable, hardworking Non-Ferrous Manager available to work 5 days a week Monday-Friday and a rotating 4-hour schedule on Saturday.

The Non-Ferrous Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the recycled material processing, quality control, and personnel management within the recycling facility. This role plays a critical part in maximizing output, maintaining product quality, ensuring equipment reliability, and driving operation efficiency while maintaining strict adherence to safety and environmental standards.

  • Supervise and develop a team of scale operators, equipment operators, and laborers.

  • Ensure accurate material identification, segregation, and quality control according to market specifications.
  • Optimize equipment use and preventative maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
  • Coordinate with logistics and shipping departments to meet delivery deadlines and inventory targets.
  • Track and report key performance metrics: production volumes, yield, downtime, labor efficiency, etc.
  • Work closely with the commercial department to align operations with business goals.
  • Ensure accurate records of inbound/outbound loads, weights, and grades.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement in process flow, efficiency, and cost control.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • 5+ years of operations experience in a recycling, scrap, or industrial processing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity
  • Strong knowledge of non-ferrous metals (aluminum, copper, brass, stainless, etc.) and industry grading standards
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage production schedules
  • Familiarity with material handling equipment (loaders, forklifts, shears, balers)
  • Experience with ERP systems and basic Excel
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to safety, compliance, and environmental best practices
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish Preferred
