Rocky Mountain Recycling has been in continuous operation at the corner of 64th and Brighton Blvd in Commerce City since 1936. We recycle all scrap metals including Copper, Aluminum, Brass, Stainless Steel, Zinc, Aluminum Cans, Lead, and all types of Iron and ferrous metals.

We maintain a fleet of over 500 roll offs and containers, servicing the recycling needs of hundreds of industrial accounts throughout the Front Range, the plains and mountains surrounding the Denver area. We have many steel sided trailers and large capacity end-dumps to service the needs of the demolition industry.

Our 2 major pieces of processing equipment are a 16" two-ram Mosley Baler and an 1100 Ton Harris Guillotine Shear. We also operate 3 portable shears, two of which operate at over 1,000 tons of shearing pressure for processing I-beams and other demolition scrap metal. We have 5 Grapple/magnet hydraulic cranes to unload trucks, to feed equipment, and to load out the processed and recycled metal for direct shipment to steel mills around the country and around the world.

Rocky Mountain Recycling processes ten's of thousands of tons of scrap metal per year. We ship directly to steel mills throughout the United States and overseas including China, Hong Kong, India, Korea, Spain and Taiwan.
